As our Project Coordinator, you’ll be a key part of helping our teams deliver projects smoothly and successfully. You’ll work closely with our Project Managers and delivery teams every day, making sure everyone has the information, support and coordination they need to keep things moving in the right direction. In this role, you’ll: • Capture, record and report technical data using spreadsheets, trackers and other digital tools. • Make sure project documentation is well organised, accurate, up to date and stored correctly in line with internal and external requirements. • Plan and coordinate access, road closures, resources, logistics and wider project arrangements - working closely with colleagues and clients to keep everything running efficiently. • Arrange, attend and minute meetings, making sure actions are clearly captured, tracked and completed. • Provide day to day technical and administrative support to the wider business, including getting involved in ad hoc projects when needed.
