About the role
This is a consultative sales role within a luxury interiors showroom. You'll work closely with customers to understand their design goals, offer expert guidance on product choices, and support them throughout their buying journey - from first visit through to delivery and aftercare.
Responsibilities
* Advising customers on product selection tailored to their interior design projects
* Providing exceptional service both in person and via phone/email
* Managing the full sales cycle, from enquiry to order and delivery coordination
* Handling payments, arranging samples, and following up on leads
* Collaborating with the wider showroom team to create a welcoming and knowledgeable environment
What we\'re looking for
Previous industry experience isn\'t essential - full product training is provided. What\'s more important is a genuine interest in interiors, a natural flair for customer service, and a confident, consultative approach to sales.

* Good IT skills and comfort with numbers

What\'s on offer
* £26,000 - £27,000 per annum
* Full-time, permanent role
* 5 days over 7 on a rota (including weekends)
