To provide a high quality first point of contact to members of the public and others contacting the Personalisation Hub, take referral information as appropriate.
Support the wider team with duty systems, including managing the duty rota, diary, and performance monitoring of the Duty Point.
To provide an excellent customer-focused service to citizens, parents/carers, children or young people, and other colleagues and partners requesting Social Care or Health support.
To provide accurate, appropriate information and advice on the range of services provided by the Personalisation Hub.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Knowledge and experience of information technology systems.
* Able to process and maintain manual and computerised records, including numerical calculations.
* Good communication skills and people skills to communicate effectively with vulnerable citizens, young people, and their parents/carers/family.
* Able to work under pressure in a flexible manner, adapting to changing circumstances and taking direction from team managers and seniors as required.
A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.
