About the role
In this varied role, you’ll work closely with the Time and Attendance Delivery Manager to ensure the new system is configured, tested, and implemented effectively. You’ll be involved in all aspects of the rollout—from stakeholder engagement to system testing and documentation—while ensuring continuity and excellence in our ongoing T&A operations.
Key responsibilities
* Support the T&A Delivery Manager with all aspects of system implementation.
* Assist in the end-to-end delivery of the new T&A system.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and deliver system requirements.
* Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), parallel runs, and validate outputs.
* Develop and review process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
* Act as a subject matter expert throughout the project lifecycle.
* Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
* Support and manage BAU processes with our existing T&A systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations alongside project work.
About you
You’ll bring proven experience in Dayforce system implementations, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Essential skills & experience
* Applicants must have proven experience working with DayForce.
* Demonstrated involvement in HR or T&A system implementation projects.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, reporting, data analysis).
