The appointed candidate will help manage patients with acute and chronic gastrointestinal disease (such as inflammatory bowel disease, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, gastrointestinal infection and cancer, motility and functional disorders) along with patients with general medical problems. The post holder will be required to provide the clinical support and knowledge required for the day-to-day delivery of the OVATION-IBD trial. You will have a good understanding of IBD and a good understanding of trial methodology. You will be able to interpret findings and demonstrate understanding and limitations of study design and available data.
