The Marketing Manager plays a lead role in the continual development of our world class experience for our customers. Responsible for managing, executing, and optimising marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role takes ownership for all digital channels, ensuring campaigns are data-driven, innovative, and aligned with business objectives and adapting plans to suit the needs of the business where appropriate.
CUSTOMER / STRATEGY / PLAN
Manage and implement the digital marketing strategy across all channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email, content).
Align initiatives with overall marketing and business goals.
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and engagement
Channel management - Own and manage social media presence
Monitor KPIs including traffic and conversation rates
Prepare regular reports and provide insights for continuous improvement
Optimise campaigns based on performance data and analytics
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
PEOPLE / LEADERSHIP
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, guiding internal experts to bring brand initiatives to life
Agency/Supplier relationship management by working closely with our external agencies and suppliers to ensure they deliver first class creative solutions on time and in full
Support a culture of openness and shared ownership
FINANCIAL / COMMERCIALS
Ensuring the delivery of initiatives to specified deadlines and budget.
Provide input into yearly budget planning
P rioritise initiatives that deliver strategic impact
ESSENTIAL
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices.
Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content strategy.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
Strong commercial awareness and technically minded
