W&A is supporting a well-established organisation to appoint an Interim Insurance Manager who will provide continuity, leadership and practical support on all insurance matters. This 6-month role, based in Edinburgh with hybrid working, offers the chance to step into a key position with immediate impact. The Opportunity You’ll take the lead on day-to-day insurance operations, managing claims, supporting colleagues, and guiding one direct report. You’ll also contribute to annual renewals, maintain insurer and broker relationships, and help ensure clear, accessible guidance is in place for staff and students.
