Our agency is urgently recruiting Line Pickers/General Operatives to work for a well-established recycling company in Grantham. This role offers Monday to Friday shifts, 16:00–00:00, paid at £12.21 per hour, with immediate starts and weekly pay.
As a Line Picker, you’ll play a key part in the recycling process by ensuring materials are sorted accurately and efficiently. You’ll be working on a fast-moving production line in an active, hands-on environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Sorting recyclable materials on the line
2. Ensuring correct items are separated into the right categories
3. Keeping your work area tidy and safe
4. Following site health & safety procedures
