Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support, particularly for pupils with SEND. Assist with daily classroom activities, preparation of learning resources, and supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons. Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being, helping children to access learning in a safe and inclusive environment. Support children with personal care and mobility, ensuring dignity and safeguarding at all times. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and outside agencies to promote pupil development. Contribute to maintaining a stimulating and well-organised classroom setting. Essential Requirements: Teaching Assistant Qualification (or equivalent). Recent experience working within a primary school setting, ideally supporting children with SEND. Comfortable with personal care responsibilities (cleaning and changing where necessary).
