What We’re Looking For:
A Level 3 or 4 qualification in Learning Support (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience supporting pupils with SEND, ideally on a 1:1 basis in a primary school
A calm, patient, and compassionate nature with strong emotional awareness
Ability to adapt learning strategies to meet individual needs
Confident behaviour management and de-escalation techniques
Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
Two recent references from educational settings
