A Global Consultancy in London that is looking to hire an experienced SuccessFactors Programme Director to lead a large scale SAP SuccessFactors transformation for a complex organisation. This role is on an initial 12 month contract, offering a day rate of £1,370 inside IR35.
The successful candidate will have proven experience delivering large-scale SAP SuccessFactors programmes end-to-end, strong programme governance skills, and the ability to operate confidently at senior and C-suite level within complex environments.
This role has full end-to-end responsibility for the delivery of a multi-module SuccessFactors programme, covering design, implementation, integration and adoption. You will work closely with HR, Technology, Change and external delivery partners, owning programme governance, planning, risk and delivery assurance throughout the lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the full lifecycle delivery of a multi-module SAP SuccessFactors programme
Owning programme governance, planning, RAID, risks and delivery assurance
Managing senior stakeholders, including HR leadership and steering committees
Overseeing solution quality, data integrity, integrations and testing
Working with change and training teams to support adoption and transition into BAU
Managing vendors, budgets, compliance and delivery partners
