5. Hard working, dedication and goal driven
6. Excellent written and oral communications to support the cross-functional leadership requirements of the role
7. Has domain expertise and an existing Customer network within the UK MOD and/or overseas relating to any of the following product lines (for Submarines): Sonar SystemsHandling SystemsStealth / Susceptibility Management SystemsElectric ActuationCombat Systems / Inboard Processing solutions
Key Accountabilities (to the Head of Sales within Submarines Division)
8. Product strategy development including the cross-functional leadership required to deliver on the vision.
9. Sales capture, pursuit and leadership of bid proposals
10. Sales target delivery

19. Experience in Military Submarine product sales in the UK and export markets would be an advantage
20. Can widen our UK network particularly into the support divisions of the UK MOD
