Hampshire County Council are currently looking for Occupational Therapists.
Key aspects:
* Undertake the assessment of risk and apply clinical reasoning to mitigate risk and identify least restrictive interventions.
* Undertake the assessment, planning and review for safeguarding cases.
* Complete and/or support the completion of a range of functional assessments and reviews that will identify needs, options and promote well-being and maximise independence.
* Manage and/or support cases and/or situations with identified risk, and ensure occupational therapist interventions are proportionate to need
* Manage workload independently, seeking support and suggesting solutions for workload difficulties
* Report concerns and complaints following appropriate escalation routes
Role requirements:
· Occupational Therapy qualification
· Occupational Therapy registration
· Enhanced criminal records check
