Role: Part-time Finance Manager
Permanent: Hybrid 2 days WFH
Part Time: 3 days – Wednesday to Friday
London: South East London
Reporting to: Finance Director

VisionFR is working closely with an SME creative agency with international reach covering UK, US, Holland, Germany, France and Spain. The relevant candidate will need experience of producing management accounts within an international agency and also Someone who has an understanding of VAT and Filing requirements in the countries listed.
Key Responsibilities of the Part-time Finance Manager
1. Management accounts production with variance analysis
2. Responsibility for Bank reconciliations on all currency accounts
3. Journal entries for amendments and corrections to records
4. Prepayments & accruals
5. Prepare and report on UK and International VAT returns
6. Credit control
7. Provide advice and support to internal Heads of teams and producers
8. Finalising and processing Sales invoices
9. Support on Scheduling payment runs
10. Ad hoc handling of both sales and Purchase ledger
11. Review financial data for the FD reporting on aged debtors and creditors report
Key Requirement of Part-time Finance Manager:
12. International exposure to management accounts
13. International exposure to VAT
14. You will have worked in a creative agency
15. You will be a Xero user and ideally Procim
16. Good Excel Skills
17. Strong Communication skills both written and spoken
18. Well organised with attention to detail
19. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
20. Full right to work in the UK
21. You must be able to work Wednesday in the office and Thursday and Friday WFH
