We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and reliable Teaching Assistant to support a Year 4 class in a welcoming primary school within the CF11 area. This is a full-time position starting in the mid-summer term, offering a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience.

The Role:
* Supporting the class teacher with daily classroom activities
* Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
* Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
* Encouraging pupil engagement and maintaining a positive learning environment
* Supporting pupils with their academic and social development
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is desirable
* Patient, proactive, and adaptable approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Committed to supporting pupil progress and wellbeing
