Job Description
Summary of Role
The Graduate Subsea Project Engineer will work as part of a team to deliver engineering projects with a focus on both Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy.
The focus will generally be on subsea-orientated workscopes encompassing Operations and Maintenance, multi-discipline Feasibility/Concept stage studies and Technical Support.
The Graduate Subsea Project Engineer will have an active role in all stages of the projects including exposure to the ISO9001:2015 policies, procedures and all associated requirements.
Experience
* Ideally previous exposure to Project Engineering within the Oil & Gas/Renewables industries, particularly diving and ROV activities.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, capable of working effectively in diverse teams and on own initiative.
* Awareness of industry regulations and standards, particularly those impacting subsea operations.
* Commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and environmental protection.
* Willing and able to work offshore and remote on-site facilities as required to promote development.
Minimum Experience / Qualities
The successful candidate will:
* Have the ability to use or interest in learning typical engineering software packages
* Be presentable and confident in client meeting environment
* Be enthusiastic, flexible and motivated to deliver high quality engineering support to in-house and client points of contact
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Engineering degree preferred but not required.
Company Training Requirements
In-house training will be provided, and external courses will be utilised if/as required.
