We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Performance Tester with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and ECC to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to ensuring the quality and performance of our SAP landscape across retail and supply chain.
You will be responsible for designing, creating and executing performance test plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the system meets non-functional requirements.

About the role

What you'll do
21. Collaborate closely with Technical and Functional teams to identify non-functional requirements for modules within the SAPS/4HANA and ECC landscapes, as well as API integrations with other systems
22. Define the success criteria for non-functional testing, including identifying performance benchmarks
23. Identify master and transactional data requirements to facilitate non-functional testing, and work with the relevant teams to prepare this beforehand
24. Scripting and execution of test cases, both manual and automated
25. Peer reviewing test cases to ensure scripting standards and good test coverage is being met
26. Utilise tools such as JMeter and TricentisTosca to help facilitate test case execution
About you
Essential Skills
27. We are looking for someone that is highly skilled in the testing arena who has worked as a tester for at least 2 years
28. Experience with scripting and execution of non-functional testing, specifically performance, volume, load and stress testing
29. Experience using non-functional testing tools such as JMeter, Loadrunner, NeoLoad etc
30. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA modules ( Finance, Material Management, Sales & Distribution)
31. Strong experience with API testing, including performance
32. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
33. Clear and effective communication skills.
34. Be very knowledgeable in testing fundamentals (such as Risk-based testing approach) and ‘shift left’ testing principles
35. Proficiency with test management tools ( Microsoft Azure DevOps, JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail).
36. Values collaboration and teamwork, has a desire to contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing team
37. Are self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and using own initiative
38. Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience of analysing information and issues to identify current and potential problems and develop and implement workable solutions

Desirable Experience
42. Experience with other SAP products ( EWM, CAR, IBP)
43. Experience with TricentisTosca or other module-based automation tools.
44. Have an ISTQB Foundation or other qualifications
