About the Role You will lead our people development strategy, ensuring colleagues across all regions have access to high-quality learning experiences that: Strengthen organisational capability Support career pathways and succession planning Drive colleague retention, confidence, and performance Embed a culture of continuous learning and professional growth Working closely with senior leaders, you will design, deliver and evaluate impactful development programmes, coaching managers and supporting teams to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
