The work spans share and asset sales, PE-backed transactions, reorganisations, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements. Most deals sit in the £5-50m bracket, and you'll be advising founders, management teams and boards who value commercial clarity. You'll become a key point of contact for ambitious regional and national businesses across manufacturing, healthcare, tech and professional services. At the same time, you'll help support junior lawyers and play a genuine role in shaping a team that's still growing. There's plenty of scope to build your presence in the local corporate finance scene too, with strong relationships already in place across banks, advisers and investors.
