My client, an award-winning independent agent, islooking for a Sales Negotiator to join their established team in the Strood area. This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Negotiator with a minimum of 6 months' experience to further develop their career.
The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered:
* Basic salary between £20,000 - £22,000
* OTE of £30,000 - £40,000.
* A clear and achievable commission structure.
* Career development and ongoing support, and training with a highly reputable company.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
* 9.00 am – 17.00 pm on Saturdays
Requirements for the Sales Negotiator position:
* At least 6 months ofexperience in a similar role.
* A Full Driving Licence.
* Experience with listings is desired but not essential.
As the Sales Negotiator, your role will include, but not be limited to:
* Generating leads through calls, emails, and marketing efforts.
* Advising buyers and sellers on market conditions
* Staying updated on local property market trends and pricing.
* Building long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
* Keep all parties updated, booking in mortgage appointments and valuations when possible.
* Managing a portfolio of property listings for sale.
* Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to reach agreements.
