Description
* Process invoices and ensure accurate data entry into the financial system.
* Assist with reconciliations, including bank and supplier accounts.
* Support the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and queries.
* Maintain organised financial records and documentation.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting procedures.
* Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation.
* Assist with general administrative tasks within the Accounting & Finance department.
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
