About The Role:
The company are seeking a skilled and dedicated Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in air conditioning systems. This role involves the installation, maintenance and repair of various air conditioning units, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities Include:
Install, maintain and repair air conditioning systems in commercial settings.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify issues and perform necessary repairs.
Build and assemble components for air conditioning units as required.
Troubleshoot problems with existing systems and implement effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including equipment repairs and maintenance schedules.
Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to ensure efficient operations.
Provide guidance and leadership to junior staff members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
Familiarity with equipment repair techniques and best practices.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior team members.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in AC are required.
