If so, we invite you to join a supportive Secondary SEN school in Kingston, currently seeking several Teaching Assistants to start this November. About the Role: You will be supporting a small specialist provision class tailored to young people on the autistic spectrum. Your role will focus on meeting their educational and emotional needs, promoting positive behaviour, and creating a nurturing learning environment. You'll build strong relationships with pupils, their families, and staff, and help foster an inclusive culture. Where appropriate, you'll support students in engaging socially with peers from the wider school community. What We're Looking For: Someone who can work Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:00 A positive personality and enthusiastic attitude Experience supporting children with SEN, particularly Autism Background in an educational setting (Secondary experience preferred) Strong communication skills Proactive, committed, resilient, and reliable approach Knowledge of Makaton and physical intervention training (e.g. Team Teach, MAPA, PRICE) is desirable - training can be provided Willingness to support pupils with personal care needs Why Join Us?
