Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Multiple Opportunities
Location: Cardiff & Surrounding Areas
Salary: Competitive + Package (DOE)

We are currently working with a number of established and growing contractors who are actively seeking Quantity Surveyors to join their teams across a range of exciting projects in and around Cardiff.
Our clients are delivering projects across sectors including:
·Large-scale commercial fit out
·Education (schools, colleges, universities)
·Groundworks & civil engineering
Due to a strong pipeline of work, we are keen to speak with Quantity Surveyors at all levels – from Assistant to Senior – who are looking for their next opportunity.
Key Responsibilities (will vary by role):
·Cost planning and budget management
·Preparing and managing valuations and variations
·Subcontractor procurement and management
·Final accounts and commercial reporting
·Working closely with project teams to ensure commercial success
About You:
·Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor (or Assistant QS)
·Background in construction, ideally within one of the sectors above
·Strong commercial and communication skills
·Based in, or willing to commute to, the Cardiff area
