Our Blue Lagoon Team have an exciting opening for a new Senior Lifeguard to join their team. The Senior Lifeguard will manage productivity, appearance and rotations of the lifeguard team on poolside and report any issues/defects on poolside to the Duty Manager. Following the NOP and EAP to ensure the safe practices are carried out by the lifeguard team. The candidate will need to have their NPLQ qualification, experience in supervising people, their own reliable transport into resort and weekend availability.
