Specifically: A qualified solicitor with 3 PQE Strong drafting skills, particularly with Section 106 agreements and planning obligations Excellent communication and the confidence to engage directly with clients and stakeholders A proactive, commercially aware mindset, able to provide not just legal advice but practical solutions Why This Role?
