£30,462 per annum
Annual Leave:
33 days including bank holidays
Requirements:
* Full UK driving license essential
* Relevant Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification or higher
* Experience supporting people with learning disabilities
* Leadership or coaching experience desirable
* Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety, and care regulations
* Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
* Proficiency with digital systems (e.g., Excel, care planning software)
* Flexible hours, willingness to travel and work across multiple locations
Job Responsibilities:
* Assist the Support Manager in leading teams and delivering person-centered support
* Mentor and coach support staff, drive continuous improvement
* Develop practice leadership and act as a role model
* Support individuals to design support plans
* Assist with rota management and record keeping
* Address concerns, conduct audits, and deputize for the Support Manager as needed
* Promote empowerment, inclusion, rights, and independence in line with company policies
