About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our friendly and growing team at the Tudor Barn, a stunning wedding and events venue in Burnham. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic kitchen delivering high-quality food in both a beautiful historic setting and off-site at private events.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook and present dishes to a high standard
Maintain food hygiene and safety standards
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily operations
Contribute to menu development and event preparation
Occasionally work off-site at private functions and events
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef
A passion for great food and high standards
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence and own transport (essential due to location and off-site events)
What We Offer:
Competitive hourly rate of £17.50
40 hours per week (some weekend and evening work required)
