About The Opportunity

Our large and diverse Bridges team has earned an enviable reputation within the consultancy sector through a portfolio of high‑profile projects with clients including High Speed 2, National Highways, Network Rail, Welsh Government, national contractors, and local authorities.
As a graduate engineer, you’ll be a key part of our transition to becoming a solutions provider – helping to transform how we deliver through the use of new technologies and lean, digital processes that increase efficiency and add value for our clients. With a strong focus on sustainability and decarbonisation, you’ll develop your technical engineering, interpersonal, and organisational skills while supporting the delivery of structural solutions across highways, rail, aviation, and energy & power sectors.
Responsibilities
* Structural analysis, feasibility studies, tender and detailed designs, and the production of contract documents and technical reports
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated services to clients
* Applying diverse thinking to seek innovative solutions and deliver best value
* Working with our UK and Global Integrated Delivery teams to ensure efficient and successful project outcomes
The start date for this position is September 2026.
Requirements
* Be working towards a Master’s level qualification in Civil Engineering, Civil and Structural Engineering or Civil and Environmental Engineering
* A flexible self‑starter who is keen to drive your career forward
* Adaptable to change, with a thirst for learning new things
* You must have the permanent right to work in the UK
