You’llwork closely with our Design and Marketing Manager and DigitalMarketing Lead to shape how our venues show up online – from Reels andTikToks to seasonal campaigns and engaging photo shoots.
* Location:Bristol, UK
* Hours:40 hour, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (occasional evening/weekend content shoots, approx 1 per month)
* Salary Package:£27,900 including Tronc (salary of £25,480 per annum)
* Start Date:ASAP
* Hybrid working:1 day WFH, 4 days in-venue
The Role
You’ll beon the move daily,visiting all four of our venues to capture vibrant content that bringsour brand to life – from chefs plating up, to cocktails being poured, tostaff dancing behind the bar.
Thenyou’ll be at your desk: editing, scheduling, publishing, andcollaborating with the rest of the team to keep our channels active,on-brand and ahead of the game.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Capturing photo and video content (at least 30 mins in each venue, daily)Creating & scheduling content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
* Editing Reels, TikToks and Stories to highlight food, drink, and personality
* Writing engaging captions that reflect our tone of voice, with excellent spelling and grammar
* Following social trends and identifying viral content opportunities
* Analysingcontent performance using Instagram/TikTok/Facebook insights – tounderstand what’s working, what isn’t, and how we can improve
* Organising content and photoshoots in Dropbox
* Adapting to seasonal events and ad-hoc promotions with short deadlines
* Supporting seasonal campaigns and Meta ads
* Designing simple assets for social and web using Adobe Creative Suite
* Liaising with venue teams – chefs, managers, FOH – to arrange and plan content
* Helping with influencer outreach and brand collaborations

You are:
* Creative, confident and full of ideas– you thrive in social settings and love capturing real moments with energy and personality
* Proactive and dependable– you know how to plan your week, get the shots you need, and follow through from concept to post
* A visual storyteller– you have a strong eye for detail and know how to make food, drink and people shine on camera
* Excited to learn– especially when it comes to design tools, content trends, and digital campaign skills
You have:
* Experience creating social-first content (photo & video) for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
* Confidence behind a camera (or a phone with a great camera)
* Basic Adobe Creative Suite skills (or a willingness to learn with support)
* APDF portfolio (attached to your CV)or alink to your portfolio or Instagram
* A genuine love for hospitality and the Bristol food & drink scene
