Trainee Protection Adviser - Brighouse
PRIMIS Mortgage Network is recruiting ambitious, driven sales professionals to join a high-performing Appointed Representative partner firm within its Mortgage & Protection Advisory network as Trainee Protection Advisers. All roles are office-based at the partner’s Brighouse premises – home working is not available.
About the Role
You will advise customers over the telephone on a range of protection products, including:
* Life Assurance
* Private Medical Insurance
* Business Protection
* General Insurance (e.g. Home Insurance)
All leads are provided, although additional earnings can be generated through self-generated business and customer referrals.
Earnings & Benefits
* Employed role
* Base salary £25,000 plus commission
* Realistic earnings of £50,000 - £75,000+, with higher potential for top performers
* All advertised earnings are based on verified actuals from current employees
What We’re Looking For
No formal qualifications are required for this role. We are seeking candidates with:
* Strong motivation and determination
* A proven background in sales
* A customer-focused mindset
* A willingness to learn and develop
Working Hours
* 9:30am - 7:30pm (3 days per week)
* 9:30am - 6:00pm (1 day per week)
* 9:30am - 4:30pm (Friday)
* No weekend working
