* Carrying out regular building walks to achieve high visual standards in accordance with the building standards checklist;
* Reporting any maintenance issues in a timely manner, following up with customers accordingly;
* Providing excellent meeting room service and hospitality, ensuring all guests receive outstanding service;
* Overseeing customer on-boarding, ensuring a smooth and seamless welcome;
* Working in partnership with the General Manager, supporting day to day on site operations, and assisting with the wider portfolio ;
* Ensuring the building is H&S and Fire Safety compliant at all times.
