We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Nurse to join our team at HMP New Hall.
Hours: Monday - Sunday, 37.5 hours per week, working day and night shifts:
* Long Day - 6.45am - 7.45pm
* Night - 7pm - 7.30am
This is a full-time position with an annual salary between £33,232 and £40,211 (FTE), depending on experience.

Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK. Due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.
Main duties of the job
* Work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse-led service and prevent hospital admissions
* Undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, respond to emergencies, assess patients, and conduct reception screening
* Deliver nurse-led clinics supported by a multidisciplinary team
* Provide personalized, evidence-based care, actively seeking and acting on patient feedback
* Deliver non-judgmental care that makes a real difference
* Build strong links with partners and stakeholders to promote best practice
* Ensure safe care through clinical supervision, evidence-based practices, and continuous quality improvement
* Share knowledge and skills within the team to foster safe, collaborative care

Qualifications required:
* Registered Nurse (Adult) - NMC registration
* Evidence of ongoing Professional Development
* Understanding of multidisciplinary and multi-agency working

* Excellent communication skills
Experience in hospital, community, or prison settings is desirable but not essential.
