The Role:
* Drive Global Execution: Translate TA strategy into ready-to-use toolkits for our regional teams.
* Lead Senior Hires: Personally manage end-to-end recruitment for Director-level and business-critical roles.
* Innovate with Skills: Champion the shift to skills-based hiring to unlock future-facing potential.
* Master the Data: Use TA dashboards to tell a story and recommend specific business interventions.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience: 6–9 years in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a global or multi-regional delivery role.
* Senior Recruitment Expertise: A proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment for senior hires.
* Industry Savvy: Deep knowledge of the FMCG industry and current talent market trends.
* Project Discipline: You are comfortable with structured project management
* Technical & Soft Skills: Advanced skills in executive search, complex offer negotiations, and stakeholder management across diverse cultures.
* Education: A degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
