About the Venue We are representing a thriving, well-established pub with rooms in Tetbury, Gloucestershire. The Role We are seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading a busy, fresh-food kitchen. You will play a key role in maintaining high culinary standards, driving consistency, and contributing to menu development using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
