Description
The Commercial Solicitor will be:
* Advising on a wide range of B2B and B2C commercial contracts
* Drafting and negotiating NDAs, terms & conditions and joint ventures
* Supporting clients on IT, technology and data protection matters
* Working closely with clients across manufacturing, supply, distribution and tech sectors
* Managing matters autonomously with appropriate supervision
Profile
The Commercial Solicitor should be:
* A solicitor or equivalent with 3+ years' PQE in commercial law
* Experienced in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
* Confident advising on IT, technology and data protection issues
* Commercially minded with strong client-facing skills
* Able to manage a varied caseload efficiently
