Contract Type: Permanent About us: Sizewell C is a large, planned nuclear power station being built on the Suffolk coast in the UK. The project is expected to generate 3.2 GW of clean electricity, enough for 6 million homes. This is a significant part of the UK's strategy for clean energy and energy security, with the goal of providing reliable, low-carbon power and supporting economic growth. SZC is a major project opportunity for the Martin Group of Companies and is being delivered through HW Martin Traffic Management. Purpose of the Role: The Delivery Management System (DMS) Coordinator is responsible for supporting HW Martins operational and maintenance team for the site’s digital Delivery Management System, used to schedule, monitor, and control the movement of vehicles, materials, and equipment to and from the Sizewell C construction site. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient logistics operations, compliance with site access protocols, and coordination between internal stakeholders, contractors, and security. Job Responsibilities (not exhaustive): * Operate and maintain the project’s Delivery Management System (e.g. Zutec, Biosite, or equivalent platforms) to ensure accurate scheduling and management of site deliveries. * Act as a first point of contact for DMS-related queries from internal teams, contractors, and suppliers. * Coordinate and approve delivery bookings in line with logistics plans, site capacity, and operational priorities. * Ensure all bookings comply with safety, security, and environmental standards, including time slot restrictions, vehicle compliance, and permit requirements. * Support the onboarding of contractors and suppliers into the DMS, including user setup and training. * Liaise with security (SCR) and logistics teams to resolve booking conflicts, access issues, and late/missed deliveries. * Assist in producing daily and weekly delivery reports, KPIs, and dashboards for management review. * Monitor data quality and system compliance, conducting regular audits and flagging non-conformances. * Maintain up-to-date system documentation, user guides, and support materials. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery and logistics processes on site. Skills and Experience: * Experience working with delivery or logistics systems in a construction, infrastructure, or regulated environment. * Strong IT skills and experience using DMS platforms such as Zutec, Biosite, SitePodium, or similar. * Good understanding of construction site logistics, delivery scheduling, and vehicle movement planning. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders. * High attention to detail, with excellent organisational and time management skills. * Ability to work under pressure and respond to changing site requirements. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.). * Full driving Licence -ability travel to Logistic Hubs.
