Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Area maintenance: Cleaning corridors, lobbies, and other common areas, and emptying trash bins.
* Reporting and communication: Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management.
* Guest service: Responding to guest requests for extra amenities or other needs in a timely and professional manner.
* Stocking and preparation: Preparing and maintaining cleaning carts with necessary supplies and linens.
* Adherence to standards: Following established procedures and standards for cleaning, sanitation, safety, and security.
* Cleaning guest rooms: Dusting surfaces, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing bathrooms.
* Linen and amenity management: Changing bed linens, replacing towels, and restocking guest toiletries, beverages, and supplies.
