Branch Manager Manchester (M40)
Salary: £65,000 £75,000 per year + company car
Hours: Monday Friday, on-site About the Role:
Were looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead a busy and well-established branch in Manchester. Lead and manage all branch operations, including sales, accounts, and field service teams
Promote health & safety, quality, and environmental standards across the branch
Recruit, train, and develop staff while monitoring performance and incentivising teams
Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion
5+ years experience in a Branch Manager or senior management role, ideally within industrial doors, engineering, or a related sector
~ Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
~ Full UK driving licence
Competitive salary (£65k £75k)
