Private Client Lawyer - Legal Team Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire Salary: £27,000- £45,000 We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Private Client Lawyer to join a respected, full-service legal practice based in Sheffield. This role sits within a collaborative team supporting a broad range of private client matters, serving individuals and families across Yorkshire and beyond. About the Role As a Private Client Lawyer, you will provide expert legal advice and support on core areas of private client work including: Wills, trusts and estate planning Probate and estate administration Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters Inheritance tax planning and advice Supporting clients through family-related legal services You will manage your own caseload from initial advice through to conclusion, building strong client relationships and ensuring high-quality legal services. What You'll Be Doing Advising clients on all aspects of private client law, tailored to their personal circumstances. Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and related documentation. Handling probate applications and estate administration. Guiding clients through lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection processes. Building lasting relationships through strong communication and exceptional client care. About you: You will be: Passionate individual with 2 years working in a fee earning capacity with the wills & probate sector. Passionate about helping clients through key personal legal matters. Organised, proactive and comfortable managing a varied caseload. A strong communicator, able to explain complex legal concepts clearly and compassionately.
