You’ll get up to between 5% and 15% commission on your deals —uncapped.
My client is a fast-growing, PE-backed Events business now scaling rapidly in the UK and Europe. After a successful overseas track record, they’ve replicated their model here — and are now looking to double both their headcount and event portfolio over the next 12 months.
Their events focus on high-value, senior-level engagements across Digital Marketing, IT, Cybersecurity, Supply Chain, HR, and Retail, with expansion plans for Asia, the Middle East, and Australia.
What you’ll be doing:
* Selling high-value event sponsorship packages to C-level executives across the Global 500.
* Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (often 2–3 weeks).
* Leverage warm leads from a dedicated team.
* Conduct outbound sales, LinkedIn outreach, email and handle inbound leads from the marketing team.
* Work closely with the Client Services and Post-Event teams who manage sponsor follow-ups and ensure value delivery — a major differentiator vs. traditional event firms.
* Attend events, expos, and sponsor meetings to deepen relationships and spot new opportunities.
* Mentoring junior members in the team
What you’ll need
* Proven experience selling high-value B2B sponsorships or event packages (ideally £50k+).
* Background in conference, event, or media sales targeting C-level executives.
* Experience in 1:1 event sales or working with enterprise clients.
* Skilled in building relationships, consultative selling, and closing complex sponsorship deals.
* Strong communicator with meticulous attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
* Comfortable with a high-energy, office-based, team-driven environment.
