Key Account Manager - Perth

About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role involves delivering sales targets and business goals by maintaining a structured contact plan to build and enhance relationships with new and existing customers, thereby growing the business across various markets. Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and maintaining a structured customer contact plan within your accounts, aligned with budget targets.
2. Building positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and secure future business.
3. Identifying and following up on new business, product, and project opportunities within existing accounts.
4. Achieving volume and unit targets within the allocated territory.
5. Meeting pricing targets and adhering to pricing policies.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* Relevant tertiary qualification (preferred but not essential).
* Experience in concrete, aggregates, construction, building materials, or related sectors is advantageous.
* A self-motivated, outcomes-oriented attitude with a 'can do' mindset.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both externally and internally.
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Salesforce, and other relevant systems.
