You will also identify and develop new business prospects while collaborating with Business Development Managers and managing diverse stakeholders.
Key Experience Required:
* Proven stakeholder management skills (internal and external) with relationship-building ability.
* Knowledge of Credit and Lending processes.

* Experience in Business Development.
The role requires flexibility with travel around Somerset, Devon, and Cornwall.

Accountabilities
* Manage client relationships, understanding financial goals, challenges, and risk tolerance to support data analysis and identify opportunities.
* Research industry trends, regulatory landscape, and competition to inform strategic advice.
* Design tailored solutions using the bank's products and services.
* Communicate value propositions, negotiate terms, and support clients' financial decisions with expert advice.
* Assess and mitigate risks, document interactions, and monitor relationship metrics.
