Your Role Will Include: Supporting KS3 and KS4 students through small group and one-to-one English interventions. Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging literacy sessions tailored to individual learning needs. Creating dynamic resources that spark interest and improve outcomes. Tracking student progress and using data to inform targeted support strategies. Collaborating with teachers and support staff to foster a positive learning environment. What We're Looking For: A degree in English, English Literature, or a related subject. Ideally, experience working with young people or in an educational setting. A calm, encouraging, and professional approach. A genuine enthusiasm for education and student development. Eligibility to work in the UK. An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one). Up-to-date safeguarding training (free course available through Monarch). Two references covering the last two years.
