Main responsibilities: Training Program Development & Implementation - Design and execute training programs to align with the DX-2 strategy and regional needs. · Employee Development - Ensure employees across the region receive proper onboarding, skill development, and continuous retraining opportunities. · Performance Evaluation - Assess training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and ongoing evaluations. This will include responsibility for audit schedule and implementation · Coaching & Leadership Development - Support managers and leadership with training and coaching initiative · Standardisation & Compliance - Ensure training programs adhere to company branding, values and policies, industry regulations, and best practices. · Collaboration with Stakeholders - Work with AskPersonnel, operations, SHE team and senior leadership to align training with business objectives to ensure it remains relevant · Resource Management - Oversee training materials and resources to ensure effective training delivery. · Regional Travel & Site Visits - Visit locations within the region to provide hands-on training and assess ongoing training needs. · Adapting to Local Needs - Customise training programs based on regional differences, such as market trends, Customer requirements or regulatory requirements. · Technology & Innovation in Training - Utilise e-learning platforms, virtual training, practical programmes and new technologies to enhance training delivery and validation Knowledge, Skills and Experience Good knowledge of Microsoft Applications · Excellent Communicator · Knowledge of DX systems an advantage · Strong character who can challenge people from Warehouse operatives to General Managers and Directors · Must be able to work well in a team or alone, with strong self-starter behaviours · Excellent attention to detail and planning · Relentless focus on delivering best practice · Ability to quickly learn new processes and systems, and implement training delivery systems to deliver knowledge · Resilient nature – able to deal with resistance · Experience of Health and Safety principles essential · Resourceful – able to gather information from different sources and consolidate them within relevant systems to deliver best practice Benefits: Competitive Rates of Pay Company Funded Health Cash Plan Holidays: 20 days increasing with length of service + bank holidays Long Service Recognition scheme Enhanced Maternity & Paternity Company Pension Scheme Life Assurance Employee Assistance program including 24/7 Virtual GP DX Discounts Portal Excellent opportunities for career progression and more!!
