What You'll Be Doing:
* Deliver outstanding person-centred care while leading by example across the shift
* Support and mentor care assistants, ensuring best practice and kindness underpin everything
* Assist with medication administration, care plans, risk assessments and handovers
* Be the senior point of contact on the floor—managing priorities, responding to resident needs, and supporting the team in the moment
* Build trusted relationships with residents and their families, offering reassurance, empathy and clear communication
* Maintain accurate records and uphold the highest standards of care, dignity, and respect
What You'll Bring:
* Experience as a Care Assistant with a Level 3
* A calm, confident presence and natural ability to lead with empathy and integrity
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A genuine passion for working with older adults and those living with dementia
* A proactive mindset and team-first attitude—you'll be ready to step up and help wherever needed
