Role overview:
As a Stock Controller, you will be responsible for:
1. Effectively managing inventory at the Customer Service Centre (CSC).
2. Ensuring product movement through the CSC is accurately accounted for and controlled.
3. Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies.
4. Running reports and communicating findings to the management team.
You will need:
* Knowledge of stock management and administration.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Experience in stock handling; technical product knowledge is a plus.
* A team-oriented attitude, as our CSCs are fast-paced environments that require collaboration.
