Working weeks: 39 weeks per year (term time plus inset days)
Compensation
£21,822.50 per annum
Qualifications
* Great cooking and people management skills
* Experienced Cook/Chef Manager, proficient in cooking using fresh seasonal ingredients at volume
* Kitchen management and liaison with onsite clients
Responsibilities
* Head up the kitchen team, ensuring smooth service operation
* Maintain due diligence and adherence to required standards
