Job Description: Seeking a reliable and computer-literate individual to assist, This position involves handling order placement, managing administration tasks and emails, ensuring all order details are accurate.
Key Responsibilities:
Place orders for products accurately and on time.
Maintain accurate records of all orders.
Use internal software to process orders, track inventory, and generate reports.
Assist with other administrative duties as needed.Requirements:
Proven experience from a fast-paced service organisation
Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools.
Communicate effectively and professionally over the telephone and in e-mails
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, friendly team.
