* £32,654 – 35,234 pro rata*
* 35 hours per week over 5 days, term time plus 1 week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and innovative Nursery Manager to establish and lead a brand-new nursery provision within our thriving primary school. If you are passionate about early childhood education and eager to shape a high-quality learning environment for children aged 3 to 4 years, we would love to hear from you!

We are thrilled to develop our early years offering with the launch of a new nursery in September—an amazing space where the Nursery Manager will play a key role in shaping its future, alongside an experienced and passionate team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities
As our Nursery Manager, you will:
* develop and shape an outstanding nursery provision aligned with our school’s ethos
* recruit, inspire, and lead a passionate nursery team
* ensure excellence in early years’ education by creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment
* oversee nursery operations and compliance to maintain high-quality standards.
You will:
* need to have qualifications appropriate to the position - Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), Early Years Professional Status (EYPS) or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* bring a positive and proactive attitude to your work
* champion our school’s vision and values in everything you do
* set high expectations for all children to reach their full potential
* take responsibility for making the best choices for the children you work with
* create an engaging, safe and stimulating learning environment that nurtures growth
* demonstrate initiative, motivation and enthusiasm every day
* collaborate effectively to create exceptional learning experiences.
